We accept all major credit cards through paypal. If for some reason Paypal does not work for you, contact us for another payment method.

Shipping: For most items we will ship within two business days of receiving your order. Items that are made to order might take up to five business days to ship out. We ship most items through USPS Priority Mail and very small packages through USPS First Class Mail. For international orders please contact us with details and we will provide a custom shipping quote for your order. We will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees or damage to international orders.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: We will not accept any returns or exchanges, and will not issue refunds on undamaged apothecary items. If your order happened to be damaged during shipping please let us know within three days of receiving it. Take a photo of the damaged item and send it to us so the postage carrier can reimburse us. We will be happy to exchange any item that has been damaged.
